Hi, I’m Julia!

Welcome to my little corner of the world!

I consider myself both a designer and an artist. I want to keep my options open so I have room to explore my love for design as well as my desire to make things with my hands. I also love all things choir and theatre-related, especially theatre tech, and I am working on how to fit that into my creative practices.

I have both my design portfolio, as well as my ceramics on this website because I believe that all of these things combine to make me the artist that I am.

  • Design has been one of the only constants throughout my life. Even when I was younger, I thought I would be some kind of designer, I just didn’t know what kind.

    A deep urge to create has followed me throughout my life. I truly believe I was made to be a creator.

  • I started doing ceramics during my sophomore year of college and I instantly fell in love! It created a new avenue for me to travel down in my creation journey and gave me a wonderful feeling of freedom!
